Jeff Enright's successful MSc thesis defence

Faculty, staff and students of the Harquail School congratulate Jeff Enright, who has successfully defended his MSc Geology thesis titled “A textural and mineralogical study of the footwall rocks to the Sudbury Igneous Complex (North and East ranges)”.

In his research, Jeff investigated the thermal history of the Sudbury Igneous Complex’s thermal aureole by researching mineral deformation textures and mineral chemistry within the footwall environment and their effect on ore forming processes therein. After previously earning his BSc at Laurentian University, this MSc project was supervised by Drs. Daniel Kontak and Andrew McDonald.
